The Club

Photography is a pastime that almost everyone takes part in to some extent, whether it be as a major hobby or to take occasional holiday snaps.

Enjoyment of that pastime can be greatly enhanced by joining a camera club and sharing your interest in photography with like minded people. At Abington we believe with considerable justification that we have by far the best club in the Northampton area.

Our membership consists of a friendly mix of people, men and women, young and old, of varying photographic experience and having a variety of photographic interests. Whatever the help or encouragement needed in whatever photographic situation we are bound to have someone with the knowledge to supply the answer.

Throughout the year we have a varied agenda of activities - as the content of our programme proves. All these activities are designed to both entertain and inform members, helping to improve and inspire their own photography.
